Our client, a leader in the food supply industry is looking to bring on a Customer Experience Specialist to join their growing team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Specialist will work on a hybrid model with 3 days required in the office. The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts that need orders processed. This is covering a leave of absence and is expected to last a few months with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Specialist:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by managing correspondences via phone, email, and chat
  • Process all orders and communicate directly with the customers to process orders
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure support in fulfilling orders
  • Utilize the CRM platform, SharePoint, and other IT tools to ensure customer requirements are accurate

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Specialist:

  • 5 years of work experience
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent relationship-building skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required
