Our client is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator with 5 years of experience to contribute positively to their Customer Service team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Relations Coordinator is expected to be seasoned and analytical when providing support to the Customer Service team with data entry, billing, and all other clerical functions needed to deliver a successful year-ends. This is a long-term temp role with potential to go permanent!

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Coordinator:

  • Take charge of processing sales orders in the proprietary system
  • Manage sales orders and shipments from the warehouse
  • Attend and solve customer complaints via phone and email
  • Accurately process orders, sample requests, and process billing and credits as needed
  • Provide back-office support as needed to ensure the efficient and timely processing of customer orders and month-end billing
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager with various projects as needed

Qualifications of the Customer Relations Coordinator:

  • Must have experience with Excel, specifically Pivot tables and V lookups
  • 5 years experience in a B2B customer service role
  • Knowledge of shipping terms and documentation is a requirement
  • Quick learner and follows instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work within a fast-paced setting and meet tight deadlines

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
