Our client in the luxury retail space is seeking a Customer Relations Representative. As one of the fastest-growing e-commerce jewelers in the world, the team is seeking to hire someone passionate and excited about making an impact within the company.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$45k – $50k
Position Overview:
The Customer Relations Representative would primarily create an impactful, personalized experience for all customers, both in the showroom and via email and chat inquiry. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and utilize sales strategies and creative problem solving to aid clients in purchasing decisions. They will develop product knowledge and serve as a brand ambassador to share the team’s mission of sourcing and creating ethical and sustainable fine jewelry. Candidates should be open to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Representative:
- Be the “first face” inside a retail space, greeting and assisting all customers
- Proactively assist customers in person as well as via phone and chat inquiry
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers
- Work simultaneously with store leadership to improve customer experience and overall sales goals and KPI metrics
Qualifications of the Customer Relations Representative:
- Passionate about personalized customer experience in a retail space
- Intrinsic drive to meet and exceed goals
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred, but not required
- A passion for the environment and sustainable and responsible sourcing
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
