They are currently seeking a Customer Relations Representative (CSR) to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr – $18/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Customer Relations Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and coordinate all inquiries related to the products or service. The Customer Relations Representative (CSR) will spearhead the customer relations process by providing support through email, phone, and chat. They will provide constant communication throughout the entire order-processing cycle.

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Representative (CSR):

  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of products and provide solutions for any issues
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone, e-mail, and text message inquiries regarding products and brand identity
  • Deal with processing customer orders via phone, e-mail or text message and update order information within internal systems
  • Handle damage claims with UPS, enter orders in order management system, and create tickets for inquiries
  • Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with members at the boutiques, outlet stores, and major third-party retailers in order to provide a seamless customer experience

Qualifications of the Customer Relations Representative (CSR):

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or beauty (luxury is preferred but not required) or working in a call center environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the order-processing cycle
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and build great working relationships with other departments
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven to be friendly and hold excellent professional communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Must have great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to solve problems in a calm and effective manner
  • MUST be available to work some weekends

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
