Our client, a luxury European based food company is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Analyst to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Analyst is expect to manage the entire order processing cycle while maintaining positive client relationships. The Customer Service Analyst will also have strong follow up skills and should be able to assist with problem resolution.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Analyst:

  • Execute the complete order processing cycle, including receipt of purchase orders, confirmation of inventory and delivery dates, and follow-up with all parties involved (Sales, Brokers, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouses, Carriers and Customers) until the orders are delivered to the customers
  • Use SAP to process orders and manage the entire order processing cycle from PO receipt through final delivery; manage returns, credits and claims
  • Maximize on-time shipping, delivery and fill rates
  • Assist customers in streamlining the process and improving customer logistics performance
  • Support EDI interfaces with customers
  • Create reports and analysis to support customer service and logistics
  • Track shipments through warehouses and carriers using Excel and SAP
  • Communicate well both outside and within the organization—supply chain, marketing, sales, finance and IT

Qualifications for the Customer Service Analyst:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in consumer goods and customer service
  • Proficient in SAP and ATPVMI and EDI a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (v-lookup, pivot tables)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Clear understanding of supply chain and warehouse best practices

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
