Our client is a luxury food brand that produces confectionary goods. They are seeking to hire a Customer Service Analyst to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $25/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for supporting the order-processing cycle while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal Customer Service Analyst will have the ability to individually problem-solve and have great interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be familiar with the program SAP.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Analyst:

  • Support the order-processing cycle including obtaining receipts of purchase orders, confirming inventory/delivery dates, following up with all parties involved (Sales, Brokers, Marketing, Finance, Supply chain, Warehouses, carriers, and customers)
  • Use SAP to input orders and manage the order-processing cycle from PO receipt to final delivery and manage returns, credits, claims
  • Manage shipping times, delivery, and fill rates
  • Deal with customer queries while also constantly reworking and improving the process
  • Support EDI interfaces with customers
  • Responsible for communicating any issues to internal and external personnel

Qualifications of the Customer Service Analyst:

  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and technical skill
  • Ability to use SAP, ATPVMI, and EDI
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables)
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain / warehouse best practices

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
