Our client, a growing company in the medical device industry, is seeking a Customer Service Associate with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join their team! Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate must communicate with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services to handle and resolve complaints. Representatives must complete training and shadowing program to ensure extensive product knowledge.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Manage escalated inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interact with multiple customers daily, processing orders, addressing concerns, answering questions and assisting with any overall needs
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:

  • 2-3 yrs experience in an unscripted call center role
  • Previous customer service experience, specifically escalated customer situations
  • Understand the customer’s challenge and navigate the customer to a resolution
  • Ability to handle escalated calls and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills- Word, Excel, Outlook

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
