The Customer Service Associate will be a crucial member in helping expand the client’s positive reputation and client base. This position has a high call volume and is perfect for someone who loves people-facing jobs.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate must be articulate and passionate about helping customers with their needs. The Customer Service Associate must be a quick thinker with a can-do attitude. The Customer Service Associate must have at least one year of experience in a related field. The Customer Service Associate must have excellent communication skills. The Customer Service Associate position is a stepping stone to opening new doors within the company.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Set up the showroom for clients
- Follow up on orders and answer product knowledge questions
- Provide the ultimate customer experience
- Go above and beyond to provide an unimagined experience
Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:
- Must have customer service experience
- A retail background or 1 – 2 years at a startup is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Zendesk and Slack
- Needs to be systems savvy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude is extremely important
- Flexibility to help out in any way
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
