Our client is a growing ecommerce startup and is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and friendly Customer Service Associate to join their skilled team. The Customer Service Associate will be trained by some of the best in the industry and work with a passionate and motivated group of people. Seeking an associate with past experience to truly help the company excel!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate must be articulate and passionate about helping customers with their needs. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude will thrive in this role. The Customer Service Associate must be a quick thinker with a ”can do” attitude. The Customer Service Associate position is a stepping stone to open new doors within the company.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Set up the showroom for clients
  • Follow up on orders and answer product knowledge questions
  • Provide the ultimate customer experience
  • Go above and beyond to provide an unimagined experience

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • A retail background or 1 – 2 years at a startup is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Zendesk and Slack
  • Needs to be systems savvy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude is extremely important
  • Flexibility to help out in any way

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
