Our growing e-commerce client is seeking a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join their team! This position will be remote but the virtual environment remains collaborative and synergistic!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $22/hr

Position overview:

The Customer Service Associate will efficiently and quickly manage inbound requests and communications with customers. As the Customer Service Associate, you will act as an industry expert and build rapport by going the extra mile. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, upbeat, and excited to make a positive and lasting impact!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Speak directly with customers over email, chat, and phone
  • Listen to concerns and resolve problems quickly while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist with orders by helping to return, track, and exchange as needed
  • Provide advice and recommendations on products/services
  • Engage customers and build relationships by going the extra mile
  • Work with warehouse to stay up to date on inventory count
  • Maintaining up to date customer data and accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion

Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Outgoing personality, empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor required!
  • Experience using the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of either Zendesk, Kustomer, Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, or LiveAgent preferred but not mandatory (any level knowledge accepted!)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required
