Our client is a property management company who has experienced rapid growth due to high demand. They are an industry leader because they are a one stop shop for there clients with consulting, repair quotes and inspections. Currently, they are looking to hire a Customer Service Associate

Salary/Hourly Rate: 

$15ph

Position Overview: 

The Customer Service Associate will act as an account manager engaging with vendors and clients as well as preparing material, resolving issues and reviewing processes to develop more business.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Responding to client and vendor inquires via phone and email in a timely manor
  • Confidentially speak to and negotiate packages with guild lines
  • Meet or exceed goals and deadlines
  • Streamline processes to ensure efficient work flow
  • Review and confirm eligible vendors
  • Reach out to contractors in remote locations
  • Understand and speak to property foreclosures

Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:

  • Professional phone communication in a corporate environment preferred
  • One year or more in a office setting
  • Comfortable and experience with MS Office (basic excel knowledge)
  • Customer Service or outside sales experience preferred
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
