Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join their team!

Salary/Rate:

$16-18/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate must communicate with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services to handle and resolve complaints. The Customer Service Associate must have prior experience working with and ERP system.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Manage escalated inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interact with multiple customers daily, processing orders, addressing concerns, answering questions and assisting with any overall needs
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Must have 2-3 yrs experience in an unscripted call center role
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • Understanding of the customer’s challenges and navigate to the best resolution
  • Ability to handle escalated calls and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with an ERP system is a must- AS400, SAP, or Salesforce

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
