Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join their Customer Service team! This position is temporary for 9 months.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate will be assisting clients with order-to-delivery information. This position will work from home on Monday, Thursday and Friday and ON SITE Tuesdays and Wednesdays (hybrid schedule). Experience with order management and analytical experience is a MUST. The ideal candidate should have worked with multiple retailer portals, SAP, EDI, warehouse 3rd party portals. At least two years’ experience in a Customer Service role or related field is required. The Customer Service Associate must also have strong communication and problem-solving skills while having the mentality to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their clients. This role should be mission driven and express interest in helping others. Must be polished, professional and friendly. GREAT VIBRANT TEAM, so personality fit is important.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Order management
- Processing EDI files
- Support clients with troubleshooting and paperwork inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer experience, and respond to clients with urgency
- Cross collaborate across teams internally
Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
- Previous experience in Customer Service role
- SAP user – ERP systems, EDI, Warehouse to retailer experience
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
