Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry is growing and looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative to help with order processing.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40,000 – $45,000

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing all orders as they come in. The customer inquiries will come in via phone, email, and fax. The Customer Service Representative must have experience in order entry or order processing, this will be an extremely fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity for long-term growth!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Process purchase orders received via e-mail or fax and ensure accuracy of the order details Acknowledge order confirmation to customers via fax or email
  • Maintain customer accounts information and conduct follow-up calls
  • Establish and maintain a professional liaison with all departments
  • Resolve order issues such as shortages, overages, returns or discrepancies
  • Answer customer inquiries via e-mail or telephone in a timely manner

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have experience in order entry/processing
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Ability to listen, empathize, and effectively handle challenges in a professional manner
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience in quickbooks is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be fully vaccinated

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or some college courses
