Our client, a leader in the industry, is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position will be onsite for the 10:30 AM to 7 PM shift.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting the team with various accounts. The Customer Service Representative will also serve as the first point of contact for all customer questions and concerns via phone and email. This person must be able to work from 10:30 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to all customers via phone and emails
  • Provide assistance with complaints, questions, and order cancellations
  • Assist with scheduling appointments
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have experience in customer service or retail
  • Available from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • MUST have experience in Excel

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
