Our client in the Pharma/Chemical Industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the face to the customers for both internal and external customers. The Customer Service Representative will focus on order management through the life cycle of the customer order from the order receipt and entry to the product delivery and invoicing.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key customers, focusing on order management through the entire order
  • Receive, enter, track and manage customer orders Interact with sales executives, providing outstanding customer experience
  • Ensure inventory is appropriately committed to orders

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have 1 to 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Ability to project professional presence with external and internal customers
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, interface applications)
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and strong personal integrity
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a PLUS

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
