Our client, a popular ecommerce company, is seeking a charismatic and organized Customer Service Representative! The Customer Service Representative will be a crucial member of the team and help deliver the company’s values and ideals.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr – $23/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the quality service that the company is known for and will be trained thoroughly. The Customer Service Representative should be motivated, detail-oriented, likable, and eager to join a team of well-rounded individuals.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
- Communicate and help through email, chat, and phone calls
- Respond to customers in a timely manner and balance multiple responsibilities at once
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Foster genuine relationships with customers and teammates
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service preferred
- Quick-thinker who gains a deep understanding of the client’s products
- Excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where teams work together to solve problems
- Enjoys helping others
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
