Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the quality service that the company is known for and will be trained thoroughly. The Customer Service Representative should be motivated, detail-oriented, likable, and eager to join a team of well-rounded individuals.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
  • Communicate and help through email, chat, and phone calls
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner and balance multiple responsibilities at once

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Foster genuine relationships with customers and teammates
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Quick-thinker who gains a deep understanding of the client’s products
  • Excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where teams work together to solve problems
  • Enjoys helping others

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
