Our client, a popular ECommerce company, is seeking a charismatic and organized Customer Service Representative! The company is well-known and amicable and they believe in utmost care for their employees and customers. The Customer Service Representative will be a crucial member of the team and help deliver the company’s values and ideals.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the quality service that the company is known for and will be trained thoroughly. The Customer Service Representative should be motivated, detail-oriented, likable, and eager to join a team of well-rounded individuals. The role is remote but the office is located in NYC and our client is seeking NY residents.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with customers
  • Communicating and helping through email, chat, and phone calls
  • Responding to customers in a timely manner and balancing multiple responsibilities at once

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where teams work together to solve problems
  • Quick-thinker who gains a deep understanding of our client’s products
  • Foster genuine relationships with customers and teammates
  • Have 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Enjoys helping others

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
