Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. This company is a high end line of skincare, lip care, body care, and fragrance sold all over the world.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr Dependent on experience

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be a vital member of the team. This Customer Service Representative will have strong follow up skills and would be able to assist with problem resolution.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and creating tickets for every call received
  • Replying to customer emails within ticketing system
  • Entering replacement orders in our order management system (AX)
  • Help with placing damages claims with UPS
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Flexible work schedule
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in consumer goods and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Bilingual preferred (French) but not required
  • Proof of vaccination required

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
