Our client is a company that is a lead fashion manufacturer. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for call center support to customers calling in about the website. They will also assist in the buying process and resolve issues for the customers in a friendly and efficient manner. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage all phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a 24-hour response time to emails from customers.
  • Maintain a 24-hour response time to messages from clients.
  • Handle orders by placing, processing and/or canceling, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Assist with all issues that occur with orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide a solution.
  • Inform customers of promotions, deals, and shortages.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet usage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
