Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in the northern New Jersey area. The chosen candidate will be apart of a team oriented environment that aims to excel together.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17 – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will work normal business hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. The Customer Service Representative listen to an intake customer requests, questions and concerns.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Order entry, maintain reports and push thru purchase orders
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and engaged manner
  • Maintain knowledge of services and products

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Attention to detail and quick learning abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
