Our client is a growing family owned wholesale and distributor of pharmaceuticals is looking to expand their team by adding a Customer Service Representative!

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing product and service information, as well as resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Follow-up with customers to confirm complaints are satisfactorily resolved
  • Answer phones and keep a detailed log of consumer questions/complaints in their CRM system
  • Provide information about product and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Perform routine office tasks

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to multi-task

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
