Our client, a growing property management company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! The Customer Service Representative will work onsite Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Industry experience is NOT required.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr ($40k)

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing professional relationships and building rapport with all clients and vendors. This role requires using Excel to manage client information so the ideal candidate must have previous experience working with Excel.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage vendor and client inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage timeline, efficiency, and completion of work orders via Excel spreadsheets
  • Assess performance of vendors by tracking status updates and proactive maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and willingness to learn
  • Bilingual is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
