Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their growing Customer Service department. This role is onsite and candidates must be comfortable commuting to Princeton, NJ, 5 days a week.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be assisting clients via phone and email regarding new orders and existing order status.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Complete daily order entry via SAP for all business partner sales orders received via fax or email for orders
- Answer client questions regarding product specification and capabilities
- Maintain strong product knowledge in order to assist clients in a timely manner
- Research inventory and billing discrepancies
- Handle orders from inception to billing
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- 3+ years of experience of customer service
- Strong understanding of order processing
- Resolution driven and willing to go the extra mile to assist clients
- Experience entering orders into a database and comfortable working with multiple systems
- Able to pivot from phone to emails quickly
- Able to work onsite 5 days a week
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
