Our client, a growing company in the medical device industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for the customers. The Customer Service Representative must communicate with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and handle and resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be fully onsite in NJ.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Interact with multiple customers daily, process orders, address concerns, answer questions, and help with any overall needs
  • React quickly in a demanding and time sensitive environment

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have strong phone and communication skills
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Understand the customer’s challenge and navigate the customer to a resolution
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
