Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for an organized and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be self-motivated, provide excellent customer service to their clients and work in the billing department. The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable speaking on the phone, interacting with customers and clients, solving customer concerns while doing billing simultaneously.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Answer high-volume of phone calls
• Billing
• Send out work orders
• Respond to emails
• Speak to clients and customers in a friendly manner
• Provide as needed administrative support, such as filing, copying, and organizing

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

• Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel
• Prior experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role
• Prior experience with billing preferred
• Enthusiastic, detail-orientated, and comfortable working independently

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
