Our client, a growing Property Management company, is seeking an Customer Service Representative to join their team! The chosen candidate will work onsite Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 5:30PM. Industry experience is NOT required.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$16/hr; $40,000
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing professional relationships and building rapport with all clients and vendors. This role requires using Excel to manage client information so candidate must have previous experience working in Excel.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Manage vendor and client inquiries via phone and email
- Managing timeline, efficiency and completion of work orders via Excel spreadsheets
- Assess performance of vendors by tracking status updates and proactive maintenance
- Ability to navigate Excel well
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and willingness to learn
- Bilingual is a plus!
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
