Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis! This client has a great company culture, summer Fridays, and competitive pay rates.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will respond to phone and email requests and manage all customer inquiries, while supporting the sales and logistics teams. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and the role sits onsite in New Jersey.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Manage the customer support email inbox and respond to questions in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls, transfer to appropriate departments, troubleshoot for customers, and document calls in the CRM
- Update customers on products and upsell services as needed
- Utilize MS Excel for spreadsheets
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Must have previous order entry or customer support experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with MS Excel
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
