Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis! This client has a great company culture, summer Fridays, and competitive pay rates.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will respond to phone and email requests and manage all customer inquiries, while supporting the sales and logistics teams. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and the role sits onsite in New Jersey.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage the customer support email inbox and respond to questions in a timely manner
  • Answer phone calls, transfer to appropriate departments, troubleshoot for customers, and document calls in the CRM
  • Update customers on products and upsell services as needed
  • Utilize MS Excel for spreadsheets

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have previous order entry or customer support experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with MS Excel

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
