Our client a leader in their industry, specializes in producing high-quality products for their customers worldwide. They are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their dynamic team and continued success in delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22 – $25/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is a key point of contact for customers, and will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing excellent service. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, promptly and accurately
- Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the CRM system
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on our products and services
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
