Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to help resolve customer inquiries during their peak season.

Salary/Hourly Rate:  $12/hr

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have database experience. They also must have the flexibility to work later shifts as needed.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Create, track and resolve customer issues using various software platforms
  • Effectively communicate with customers through e-mail, live chat and over the phone
  • Troubleshoot inquires from administrators
  • Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative: 

  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • One year call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
