Our client, a growing company in eCommerce, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:  $12/hr

Position Overview:  The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working through phone and e-mail interactions. This individual will answer inbound calls, assist customers with product information, and process orders. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide impeccable customer service with each interaction and develop close relationships with customers to generate repeat business
  • Assist customers by effectively listening and proposing options for resolution that are in the best interest of the customer, the vendor, and the business
  • Develop database by creating leads for customers that aren’t ready to purchase immediately

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 1-2 years of Sales or Customer Service
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve by thinking analytically or critically
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
  • Must have experience in MS Office

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
