Salary/Hourly Rate: $14-$17/hr

Position Overview: The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, and meticulously organized. You would be responsible helping clients find which resources are at their disposal. You would be the liaison between clientele and various departments within our clients network. It is imperative that candidates have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering phone calls, directing messages
  • Communicating with staff and clientele
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
  • Maintaining the overall organization of Front Desk

Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • 2-5 years of administrative, reception, or customer service experience
  • A friendly, positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred
