Our client is a non-profit, community-based healthcare organization looking for a reliable and positive Customer Service Representative.

Salary/Hourly Rate:  $13-14/hr

Position Overview:  The Customer Service Representative will answer and direct calls, address all questions and complaints while providing efficient and great customer service.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: 

  • Answering and directing calls accordingly
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers
  • Engaging in active listening, confirming and clarifying information
  • Diffusing angry clients as needed
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing exceptional customer service
