Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the liaison between customers and the key accounts for major retailers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Act as the Account Manager for major customers
  • Updating customer and account information
  • Speaking with customers via email, phone and portal
  • Assisting customers with questions and concern that they have in regards to the products
  • Processing orders from start to finish

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in working as an Account Coordinator/Customer Service Rep
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Friendly and efficient communication
  • Experience in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
