Our client, leader in Pharmaceutical Sales is seeking to add a dynamic and professional Customer Service Representative to their growing team. Our client is known for strong company culture and always puts the needs of their employees first.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16-$17/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking incoming customer calls, provide order status or shipment confirmation, and handle all customer inquiries which may require troubleshooting customer issues. The Customer Service Representative will also perform outbound calls to customers interested in being enrolled in their products. The ideal candidate has experience in a pharmaceutical setting and is comfortable on the phones.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer inbound emails/calls regarding order requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries in regards to orders, shipping status, inventory status, and product details
  • Complete heavy order entry utilizing CRM systems
  • Perform outbound calls to potential customers to inform them of promotions and product information
  • Staying updated with product specifications to provide clients proper guidance
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience is required
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems preferred
  • Strong data entry and typing skills

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED certification is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
