Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team on a temporary basis! Full – time hours with training and equipment is provided!

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representatives will manage inbound calls, assist customers with questions about their services, provide updates regarding orders, and input data into their CRM. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and candidates must work fully onsite in NJ.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers regarding questions about their services and orders
  • Process new orders, check statuses on deliveries, and deescalate situations as needed
  • Work diligently to ensure customers are being responded to in a timely manner
  • Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Customer Service or Call Center Representative
  • Ability to build relationships with customers via phone and email
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience working with CRM

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is preferred
