Client Overview:

Our client is a consumer goods company that is eager to bring on an intelligent and creative Customer Service Supervisor to oversee their Customer Success team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28/hr – $31/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring all process flows and overseeing a team of direct reports. This person will be responsible for leading vendor relationships and driving vendor loyalty. The Customer Service Supervisor will need to work analytically to solve inquiry types. Additionally, the Customer Service supervisor will need to participate in quality improvement activities.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • Create a best-in-class experience for consumers contacting the brand through social media and review sites.
  • Communicate with the Reporting Manager to measure change impacts and ensure customer satisfaction is reached.
  • Maintain and own relationships with vendors. Comply with policies and procedures.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • 3 years of Customer Service Supervisor experience, with a proven track record of managing a team of 5 direct reports.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency using Google Applications and Zendesk.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
