Our company, a SaaS platform, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k

Position Overview:

The Customer Success Manager will exhibit amazing customer service skills, knowledge of our product and provide a great experience for our customers and clientele. The Customer Success Manager must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Stay in touch and build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success 
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaise between clients and the rest of the team
  • Take ownership of new accounts, manage client’s on-boarding, consultations, and provide one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Renew annual clients
  • Maintain customer communication during all account escalations and ensure the necessary resources are considered to deliver a speedy resolution

Qualifications for the Customer Success Manager:

  • Minimum of 2+ years minimum experience in a CSM or Account Management role – preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Relationship builder; professional, energic with strong customer facing skills
  • Will be able to speak to retaining and growing multiple client relationships
  • Salesforce, SaaS and start up experience highly preferred
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
