Our client is seeking an articulate and tech savvy Customer Support Agent to join their team! This position is temporary to support the team during their high volume peak season.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$19 – $22/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Support Agent will be assisting with inquiries via email, phone, and chat using CRM software. The Customer Support Agent must have strong communication skills while having the ability to multitask in a fast paced, service-oriented environment. They are an individual who is friendly and has a passion for providing excellent support and a knack for creative problem solving. At least one-year experience in a customer service role or related field is required.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Agent:

  • Directly interact with customers – primarily via chat and inquiry tickets via CRM software
  • Assist with troubleshooting small tech issues, billing inquiries, tracking/shipping information, and general FAQs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and de-escalation
  • Cross collaborate across teams in weekly meetings
  • Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities at once

Qualifications for the Customer Support Agent:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support role
  • Zendesk, HubSpot, Kustomer or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with data entry and Excel a plus
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Empathetic listening skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Loves helping others

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
