Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Support Associate role will be someone who has experience working within the marketing or advertising industries in a client-facing role. The role will require someone to be a true product expert and be able to problem-solve and think quickly to resolve any client inquiry or issue. The Customer Support Associate will be focused on building strong relationships and delivering high quality customer service to every client.


  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Onboard new clients to the product
  • Serve as an expert on the product and guide customers through any questions or concerns
  • Provide feedback on the product and/or user experience to best serve customers
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell


  • The Customer Support Associate must have at least 1 year of customer service experience working for an advertising or marketing agency
  • Highly adaptable and able to think on their feet
  • Must be someone who is a team player and enjoys working collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within Zendesk, Jira or similar CRM
