Our client, a growing company in eCommerce is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team!

Salary/Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Support Coordinator must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working through phone and email interactions. The Customer Support Coordinator will answer inbound calls, assist customers with product information, and process orders.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Coordinator:

  • Provide impeccable customer service with each interaction and develop close relationships with customers to generate repeat business
  • Assist customers by effectively listening and proposing options for resolution that are in the best interest of the customer, the vendor, and the business
  • Assist customers with any billing discrepancies or road service issues in an efficient and courteous manner

Qualifications of the Customer Support Coordinator:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a customer service role
  • Experience with different tracking systems, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to problem solve by thinking analytically
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
