Our client is an e-commerce company that focuses on producing and distributing luxury goods. They are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. $18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist will be dealing with customer inquiries, handling concerns, and sorting any issues with orders out.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:

  • Maintain knowledge of current products and sales techniques
  • Responsible for processing orders through email, phone, or text and keep internal data on orders up to date
  • Respond to customer inquiries and prioritize queue in a timely manner
  • Accurately communicate company and product specifications/policies
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the highest level of customer service was provided
  • Develop collaborative and positive working relationships with internal and external personnel

Qualifications of the Customer Support Specialist:

  • 2+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and de-escalate issues in a calm manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
