Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking an immediate Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a project basis! The project will start ASAP and is expected to last 2 – 3 months with strong potential to extend.

Position Overview:

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for high-volume order entry. This project will be responsible for software clean-up, entering customer information into the system, and inputting information into Microsoft Excel. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm and candidates must work fully onsite in NJ.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Entering orders into Microsoft Excel
  • Maintaining files, entering customer information into CRM, and organizing accounts
  • Performing repetitive data entry work

Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Must have 1 – 2 years of data entry experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Experience with customer service, banking, or finance is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
