Client Overview:
Our client, a leader in environmental sustainability, is looking for a detailed Data Entry Clerk to support their growing team. This position would average around 20 hours a week.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$16/hr – $18/hr
Position Overview:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for the Data Entry Clerk must be able to work well independently and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
- Enter new inventory into the database.
- Update spreadsheets to reflect changes in the inventory.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure inventory is processed promptly.
- Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:
- 1 – 3 years of previous data entry experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing an ERP or WMS system.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Date Entry Clerk:
- Experience in environmental, biotechnology, or consumer goods industries.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
