Director of Product Management

Our client, a provider of software based technologies improving healthcare outcomes. They are seeking to add a Director of Product Management to their team!

Position Overview:

The Director of Product Management bring a passion for the vision, and an eagerness to execute from day one! We are seeking a world-class product management professional to build out the department. As a Director of Product Management you should have extensive experience in B2B software products in the 340B or adjacent space; a history of shipping successful products; the analytical abilities to evaluate market opportunities and their potential financial returns; strong technical aptitude; and superior leadership skills. As a perfect candidate, you will be a key decision-maker and leader in guiding the direction of the product line from day one.

Responsibilities of the Director of Product Management:

• Define the product vision and strategy for 340B TPA products, with all stakeholders involved. and build alignment across the whole organization
• Drive a continuous discover/build/ship/learn cycle through our R&D team with a clear short and long-term roadmap that delivers on the vision and continuously unlocks value for stakeholders

Qualifications for the Director of Product Management:

• 3 years of 340B, PBM or Pharmacy Experience
• Successfully shipped or successfully managed at least two B2B products
• Oversaw UX, Analyst resources
• You should be Data-Driven and a Mentor to your team
• User engagement is key
• You will be working with Sales and Marketing teams

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• MBA is a plus
