Salary/Hourly Rate:

$130k – $140k

Position Overview:

The Director or Talent will lead and develop full-cycle recruitment strategies for a small team. The Director of Talent will be responsible for developing new strategies and creating top-tier onboarding programs to ensure the best employer experience. This role will report to the VP of Human Resources, serving as an expert in recruiting and building staffing processes that will attract diverse, top-notch talent.

Responsibilities of the Director of Talent:

  • Manage a 3-person HR team
  • Build and execute recruiting practices
  • Drive team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks
  • Help support and drive their employment brand through external branding, recruiting events
  • Oversee all aspects of the onboarding process and new hire orientation

Qualifications of the Director of Talent:

  • Should have 5+ years in recruiting with at least 1 year as a manager
  • Based or willing to commute to Brooklyn
  • ATS experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
