Our client is a well-known luxury jewelry company! They are eager to bring on an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to strategically understand current and future recruitment needs.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$160k – $200k

Position Overview:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team during a period of high growth. The ideal candidate for this Director of Talent Acquisition role will have prior experience in luxury retail, thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and have a strategic mindset!

Responsibilities of the Director of Talent Acquisition:

  • Build effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and clients at all levels of the organization
  • Lead a team of 4 – 5 members in support of the company’s TA needs
  • Partner with business leaders to implement the company’s TA strategy and remain in alignment with company goals, including DEI goals
  • Ensure all recruiting activities are consistent with the organization’s policies and standards
  • Partner with the HRBP and Total Rewards teams to work through complex offers
  • Partner with Learning & Development on ongoing initiatives
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve the TA team’s processes and operations
  • Track and report on key TA metrics
  • Lead sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines to satisfy the company’s current as well as future hiring needs
  • Lead the annual summer internship program recruitment process with a focus on identifying top and diverse early career talent

Qualifications of the Director of Talent Acquisition:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR and TA experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Luxury retail, tech, and/or agency recruitment experience is preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional team management and organizational skills
  • Ability to foster a team environment consistent with the company’s values
  • Exceptional sense of initiative, accountability, and a strategic mindset

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • Master’s degree is preferred but not required
