Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the branded merchandise industry with a focus on innovation and excellence. They are seeking a Director of Warehouse Systems to lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with corporate and warehouse leadership to enhance our distribution network.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$125,000- $175,000

Position Overview:

The Director of Warehouse Systems conduct meetings to discuss performance, progress, and improvement plans, keeping executive leadership informed about warehouse systems. The Director of Warehouse Systems plan the future direction of supply chain management systems, including potential upgrades to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities of the Director of Warehouse Systems:

  • Oversee daily operations of a 125,000 sq ft. warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service
  • Identify areas for process improvement, analyze efficiency, and develop solutions to enhance company effectiveness
  • Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to implement systemic solutions for warehouse processes
  • Work with corporate and warehouse leadership to manage the distribution network
  • Manage relationships with account management staff for ad-hoc warehouse/fulfillment projects

Qualifications for the Director of Warehouse Systems:

  • 8+ years of experience in systems implementation and support, distribution/warehouse management, logistics, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and implementing advanced warehouse processes, including dynamic slotting and pick strategies
  • 5+ years of experience in a high SKU-count, high pick volume warehouse
  • Demonstrated participation in integrated business planning initiatives

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
