Our client is a pharmaceutical services company in New Jersey in need of a Distribution Lead to help assist in training and managing staff as well as ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $21/hr

Position Overview:

The Distribution Lead role will be contract to permanent. The ideal distribution lead will have experience in lead/ supervisory training. The operating hours for the distribution lead are 7:30 AM to 4 PM from Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of the Distribution Lead:

  • Assist in training staff
  • Ensure equipment and systems are utilized as intended
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and focus on quality
  • Deploy labor, equipment, and systems for assigned jobs
  • Manage day-to-day deliverables (i.e. monitor and manage various returns, ensure documentation, WMS databases, and SOPs are followed, ensure all materials, inventory, equipment, and systems are ready)
  • Evaluate deliverables and adjust staff as needed

Qualifications of the Distribution Lead:

  • One year related experience in lead/ supervisory experience or training
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective time-management skills

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma / GED or higher
